Literally the best thing you can get for your body! For the quality, they're amazing. I even did the milk test and within 24 hours the milk is yogurty sour smelling and I see it starting to form thick yogurt curds.

I’m one of those who rarely writes reviews, but I had to for this. I have taken a probiotic daily for over 10yrs and this is BY FAR the best one. I will NEVER change brands again. The 20 strains with 50 billion cfus is the absolute best formulation!

I absolutely love this I swear by it . It clears all mental fog and fatigue but you have to do them for at least 2 while months to see a big difference...it keeps me regular bowl movements...it's great made me feel soo muxh better

I really like these and I have not found them to cause any issues. These are one of few brands I have found to contain both L reuteri and L rhamnosus in them which are the strains that are said to help specifically with feminine health.
